Dr Wei Yang chaired the UKTI-supported seminar “UK and China Working Together in Delivering Sustainable Cities” jointly with Stephen Phillips, Chief Executive of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), at the 9th International Green and Energy-Efficient Building Conference (IGEBC) in Beijing.
